Our Experience
Laine Consulting founder Matt Smith has over 10 years of experience in the grading and paving business, 4 years of home building experience(2 years at a national home builder) and 7 years of civil engineering experience, Matt and his team have the skills and knowledge to take on any civil engineering project!
